Ismailia Green Food Hub – Climate Change Impact Report

This project, funded by Agence Francaise de Développement (AFD), developed a comprehensive impact report for the Ismailia Green Food Hub to guide climate adaptation and sustainability. The team quantified greenhouse gas emissions and calculated the carbon footprint using the FAO’s EXACT Value Chain Tool, assessed the project’s climate change vulnerability, and provided mitigation measures for future resilience. The work enabled advanced planning for sustainable food systems in the region, combining international standards with local action.
