Rehabilitation of Canals and Waterways Project (RCWP) & Modern Irrigation Feasibility

A climate resilience initiative supporting the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation (MWRI), funded by KfW. The project included a climate change vulnerability assessment and carbon balance calculations using FAO EXACT Tools, alongside a feasibility study for modern irrigation systems. Sustaina International also led capacity building workshops to empower MWRI teams to implement climate-smart strategies for Egypt’s waterways and irrigation networks.
