ROSEWOOD Maldives – Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM)

This 2023 project delivered a comprehensive solid waste management system for ROSEWOOD Island Resort in the Maldives, developed for UCC-Maldives. As a part of the main design and consultancy team, the work included assessment, design, and implementation of integrated waste handling, minimization, and recycling practices tailored to the operational needs and environmental context of a luxury island resort. The outcome ensured sustainability, regulatory compliance, and reduced environmental impact, supporting ROSEWOOD’s commitment to responsible tourism and island stewardship.
