Madinaty Desalination Plant – Environmental Compliance & Monitoring

This project covered environmental compliance services for the Madinaty Desalination Plant (10,000 m³/day), supporting Talaat Moustafa Group. Responsibilities included the preparation and maintenance of the plant’s environmental register, and the execution of monthly audits and follow-up visits to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance, operational transparency, and sustainable practices for one of Egypt’s leading urban desalination initiatives.
