Role Summary
We are hiring a Sustainability Analyst to support technical delivery across sustainability, ESG, carbon accounting, LCA, and green building certification projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical writing ability, and practical experience in preparing client-ready sustainability deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
The Sustainability Analyst will support carbon footprint assessments, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and relevant Scope 3 activity data collection, emissions calculations, assumptions tracking, and report preparation. The role will also support LCA-related workstreams through life-cycle inventory data collection, documentation of assumptions, and preparation of structured datasets.
The candidate will contribute to green building certification and advisory assignments by supporting evidence collection, technical documentation, calculations, and narratives related to energy, water, materials, waste, and operational sustainability. The role may also include ESG reporting support, sustainability data validation, site visits, gap assessments, and preparation of technical report sections.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, with 2–4 years of working professional experience in sustainability consulting, ESG, green buildings, carbon accounting, LCA, or environmental assessment.
Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and professional English writing are required. Candidates should be familiar with sustainability standards and frameworks and able to work across multiple assignments under deadlines.
Nice to Have
Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:
Green building certification frameworks such as LEED, EDGE, Estidama, GSAS, or WELL.
Carbon footprinting and GHG accounting, including activity data, emissions factors, and Scope 1, 2, and 3 logic.
Life Cycle Assessment concepts and tools, such as ISO 14040/14044, openLCA, SimaPro, One Click LCA, or equivalent platforms.
ESG reporting, sustainability reporting, resource efficiency, or environmental compliance assessments.
